Senior Director, PMO

The Senior Director, PMO will be responsible for independently managing FHG’s Project Management Office (PMO) that executes a portfolio of projects across the company. These projects will include client implementations as well as internal product development and infrastructure improvement. The primary goal of the PMO is to collaborate with various multidisciplinary stakeholders and drive accountability of project plan resources. It is expected that this person will accomplish this by using proven PMO techniques, especially risk management and effective communication.

Desired Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in a related field required
  • 8+ years of proven experience in implementing project management tools and techniques
  • PMP Certification is preferred
  • Sound understanding of data analysis and web based technologies
  • Knowledge of health care delivery, industry and technologies is preferred
  • Critical thinking and the ability to understand technical risks

Sales Executive

Forward Health Group is expanding its sales organization and is considering filling multiple regional Sales Executive (Hunter) positions. The role of selected individual(s) will include managing all aspects of prospective business opportunities, pipeline and forecasting, as well as, supporting renewal and up-sell efforts within the existing account base. The Sales Executives will also be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing territory specific plans designed to improve market awareness and identify and engage prospective clients.

Desired Skills:
  • Minimally, completion of a Bachelors Degree
  • 3 + years of new account sales experience calling on C-suite, CMOs and VPs of health systems, health plans and/or large provider groups
  • Verifiable sales track record of consistently meeting quota requirements
  • Experience selling clinical or healthcare operational software in the Health IT arena and in conjunction with value based care or population health management
  • A strong understanding of healthcare data, analytics and business drivers related to risk/capitation, managed care, and value based purchasing.
  • Health plan, care coordination and provider network performance experience are all pluses
  • Regional travel and to the corporate office in Madison, WI is required and estimated at 40-50%

Senior Data Analyst

The Sr. Data Analyst develops, validates, and supports the accurate and timely delivery of data to our clients.
S/he will achieve this via demonstrated proficiency in:

  • Extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from client source files to database tables;
  • Developing algorithms and logic for measures of quality, safety, efficiency, and financial performance;
  • Data management, analysis, and/or programming languages.

S/he will perform unit tests to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables and will resolve identified and reported issues. The incumbent will have previous experience in manipulating and analyzing data sets with analytic tools (e.g. R, Python, MySQL, SAS).

In addition, the Sr. Data Analyst contributes to the continuous improvement of the processes, tools, and operational metrics necessary to deliver client data within the parameters of the contractual agreements with clients. The Sr. Data Analyst may act as a team lead on software development projects and will act as a mentor to less experienced analysts.

Desired Skills:
  • Bachelors Degree in technical or other related field of study (or equivalent work experience) , Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of related data management and programming experience required

Data Acquisition Manager

The Data Acquisition Manager is responsible for independently managing all aspects of acquiring data from various data sources. He/She will work directly with FHG’s clients to develop a data acquisition strategy based on data sources and various technical landscapes. This role will be a combination of the following skills: analytical reasoning, relationship building, task coordination, and documentation. The role will ensure that the data acquisition path that is implemented is sustainable for the client and FHG. The primary deliverable of the role is to provide FHG’s data team with consistent, accurate, timely data, while reducing any burden to FHG’s clients.

Desired Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Familiarity of SQL and relational databases
  • Ability to operate independently and work on projects at the same time
  • Ability to present ideas, collaborate effectively and influence at all levels of the organization

Backend Developer

The Backend Developer is responsible for helping design and develop a more maintainable and automated process for data orchestration. This includes developing API’s to run and monitor ETL processes and data pipelines to provide insight to both internal and external stakeholders. He/She will also help design, develop, test and implement backend applications utilizing modern technologies and contribute to the creation of new feature functionality in support of the company’s product road map.

Senior Director, Account Management

The Senior Director of Account Management is ultimately responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing Forward Health Group’s (FHG) client relationships and ensuring the highest level of professional service is consistently delivered to all clients. This position spearheads account management strategy, plays a crucial role in driving overall client satisfaction and is integral to fostering cross-departmental collaboration driving the success of our business.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in a related field required
  • 7-10 years relevant experience in health IT account management with required 3-5 years of those at a supervisory level
  • Knowledge of health care delivery, industry and technologies
  • Project and program management skills and expertise to organize and direct a project or portfolio of projects to completion
  • Passion for providing excellent client service and inspiring others to do the same
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytic/problem-solving skills, including accepting challenging situations and creating and implementing high-value solution(s)
  • Ability to gain trust and loyalty of the client, retain the account, and develop strategic relationships with clients, consultants, and other related partners

Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for successfully coordinating with the Project Management Office (PMO) during the implementation process for new clients using FHG’s products and for providing outstanding ongoing customer service and support thereafter. The Account Manager fosters sustained use of FHG’s products and serves as the liaison between client sites and FHG, including business, clinical, and technical resources. The Account Manager understands client’s needs and takes a consultative approach to identify and propose additional FHG solutions/services to address these opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading/participating in client contracting and general onboarding activities;

2. Identifying and converting new business opportunities within existing accounts;

3. Collaborating with client service teams as necessary during implementations, data refreshes, and other project-based opportunities as they arise;

4. Facilitating long-term customer retention;

5. Managing client relationships;

6. Providing customer-focused training, service, and support

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Solid understanding of and experience in healthcare service delivery from administrative, clinical and/or statutory perspectives is highly desired.
  • 3 – 5 years relevant experience in HIT, healthcare, project management and/or Quality Improvement (or a combination of the above)
