We’re focused on serving the under-served female population with programming designed specifically for women with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. Before PopulationManager, we didn’t look at aggregated data. I’m not going to go through pages and pages of paper files and make little check marks. It makes me very happy to be able to go in to the system and look at what’s going on with individual cases. I can look at the frequency with which the clinicians are using it and I can go in and look at the progress notes. Okay, what interventions were taking place at that time, and see that the staff were responding to what was being reported with the results of the assessment. It gives me pleasure to be able to go back and look at what the staff did in response to a particular issue. It is so adaptable. I can request any particular scale be added, something taken off, and it’s easily done.
